David Hood's Key Note Address (Continued)

One of the core strategies for ACCPAC is providing End-to-End Business Management applications – and they have done a very good job with this. With the addition of new modules such as eTransact (e-commence solution), eCRM (Customer Relationship Management Solution), eWarehouse, and her (Human Resources solution), ACCPAC is providing a complete solution that allows complex companies to meet their entire business software needs. Many other accounting software vendors fall short of providing a wide range of advanced modules – thereby forcing their customers to patch together an solution from assorted applications.

To support the reseller channel, ACCPAC has instituted several programs including rebate programs, marketing campaigns in conjunction with IBM, Linux marketing campaigns, and customer success stories.

David pointed out how important accounting systems have become – in fact they are no longer considered to be accounting systems, they are Business Information Systems. David supported his comments with the quotes form the Gartner Group presented below:

Studies suggest that e-commerce will grow over the next 3 to 5 years.

Accordingly, Hood offered the following chart which shows an impressive increase in the number of ACCPAC Partners now supporting ACCPAC’s advanced modules.

Next great care was taken to demonstrate customer success stories in which ACCPAC replaced many of the top competing products Great Plains, Navision & Epicor… here are the slides:
